FloorForge EXPERIMENT
Marketing and pilot-waitlist site for an operating system for autonomous hardwood floor refinishing — early stage, pilot program forming. Hardware and software are in development; all specifications are design targets, pricing is indicative, and the ROI calculator is a transparent model with stated assumptions, not measured customer results.
- Hypothesis
- Flooring contractors will join a paid pilot for robot-assisted refinishing because labour is the binding constraint on their throughput.
- Customer
- None. The one conversion path is the pilot waitlist.
- Role
- Vertical experiment — flooring. Shares its buyer with the EcoWoods proving ground.
- Gate
- Freeze if the validation period ends without a signed pilot. Moves to the Physical AI cluster only if actual robotic execution exists — a documented cluster move with CEO approval, not a drift.
- Risk
- Every number on the site is a design target and must stay labelled as such. No shipped hardware or production software yet.
